Residents in Zachodnio-Pomorskie are being told by authorities to be on their guard against what is believed to be a pack of wild dogs or viscous wolves.
So far approximately 50 animals on one farm have been attacked and left for dead, including one bull, 28 deer and 21 calves, reports TVN24.
Farmers are continuing to alert relevant authorities every time another animal is found killed and such are the ferocity of the attacks, that police are now warning people, especially those with younger children, to be on the look out.
But despite a growing amount of evidence, experts are still scratching their heads over what they are searching for, claims the news station.
“At the moment, we are still not really able to determine what kind of animal is actually doing all this killing,” Regional Director for the Environment Arkadiusz Zych told reporters.
Agata Suchta, a spokeswoman for the regional office, has also stated that they are currently collecting evidence so as to have a better idea of what they are actually trying to track down.Feral pack of ‘blood thirsty’ dogs terrorize Washington residents. Posted on June 10, 2011 by The Extinction Protocol June 10, 2011 – SPOKANE, Wash. – Authorities are trying to track a pack of dogs that has killed about 100 animals in nighttime forays in northeastern Washington state — attacks that have claimed goats, a llama and other farm animals and raised alarm that people could be targeted. Authorities are warning residents to take whatever steps are necessary to protect their families and animals because the dogs appear to be killing for fun rather than food.
“We have this pack that is out there killing for the sake of killing,” Stevens County Undersheriff Lavonne Webb said Thursday in a telephone interview. “What is going to happen if they come across a small child?” The killings started in late March and have occurred in a wide area of mountains and valleys west of Deer Park, a small town about 40 miles north of Spokane. “Trying to figure out where they are going to hit is next to impossible,” Webb said from Colville. “Nobody is claiming ownership of any animals involved in the pack.” Most recently, the dogs killed a 350-pound llama Tuesday night. They’ve also killed goats and other farm animals. –Yahoo News
These Earth changes are accelerating and the violence seen in civilization will soon be reflected in full in the animal kingdom. The laws and principles that guard civility and rational behavior in society are eroding and nature will soon follow suit. Corruption, greed, brutality, violence- There is fury in man, the elements and now it is stirring in beasts. Christ gave his disciples a prophetic gaze down at the history of the condition of the world prior to his return. “For as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.” Matthew 24:6. In the book of Genesis, we are given the same frightening glimpse of the world prior to the flood as it is today. “The Earth also was corrupt before God, and the Earth was filled with violence.” Genesis 6:11. None of us need wonder how much longer the glue that holds this world together will last- nature is already telling us. Idyllic: The town of Deer Park, near Spokane in Washington state is surrounded by mountains and valleys - giving the wild dogs plenty of open terrain to roam in Officers and volunteers have searched for the pack but had little success because the dogs mostly roam at night. The sheriff added: 'We've only had one or two sightings during daytime hours.' One resident did manage to photograph the pack which appears to include at least four or five large dogs. It's not clear if they are wild or go home to owners during the day. Their breeds are unknown. Sheriff Webb said that she has worked in the town since the Seventies and never encountered such a problem. Deer Park resident Temma Davis told local station KXLY-TV that neighbours were worried about dogs attacking their children walking to school and riding their bikes. She said: 'They're bloodthirsty.' Mrs Davis compared the experience to the Stephen King horror film Cujo about a vicious killer dog.
